NEST was a systems-heavy competition where teams had to build integrated solutions combining hardware, AI, and IoT. Unlike pure software hackathons, this required dealing with real-world constraints: hardware limitations, latency, and system reliability. We focused on aligning hardware feasibility with software timelines, ensuring that every component worked cohesively. The result was a stable and functional system that performed reliably in real conditions, securing 2nd place.
